DeepThink is an AI-powered chat application provided by ALLM.one that enables users to interact with advanced language models through OpenRouter's API. The service allows you to submit prompts and receive AI-generated responses.
By using DeepThink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
User Responsibilities
As a user of DeepThink, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during account registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
- Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Not use automated tools to access the service without permission
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Credits and Payments
DeepThink operates on a credit-based system:
- Credits are required to use the AI chat features
- Credits can be purchased through our payment provider, Stripe
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Unused credits do not expire
- Credit prices may change with notice posted on the website
- We reserve the right to modify credit costs for AI operations
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
Intellectual Property
Regarding content and ownership:
- You retain ownership of the prompts you submit
- AI-generated responses are provided for your use but may not be unique
- The ALLM.one name, logo, and service design are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service code or design
- We do not claim ownership of your input content
Disclaimers
Important disclaimers about our service:
- AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- AI outputs should not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
- You are responsible for verifying any information received
- Service availability depends on third-party providers (OpenRouter)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ALLM.one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from AI-generated content
- We are not responsible for third-party service failures
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the website.
